Works are being carried out whilst an existing tenant Marks & Spencer remain fully operational across 3 floors at Tottenham Court Road side of the building. The project is being delivered to achieve BREEAM Excellent, NABERS 5* and WiredScore certification.

Project Description: Ground up redevelopment of an existing office building to create exceptional Cat-A office space with views over the Thames. The project included the demolition of the existing building back to slab and comprised new RC cores, structural frame, glulam structure to 4th and roof levels and a highly intricate façade with terraces at every level. Works were carried out on a logistically challenging site within close proximity to neighbouring properties. The project is being delivered to achieve BREEAM Excellent and NABERS 5* certification.

Project Description: Refurbishment of an existing office building within Birminhghams Central business District to create Grade A office accommodation across 10 floors. The project included the creation of a new amenity roof terrace, BCO compliant end of trip cycle facilities, replacement incoming utility supplies and a comprehensive refurbishment to both Cat-A and Cat-A+ across all landlord areas and vacant floors. The project achieved BREEAM Excellent, Wired Score Platinum and EPC A certification.

Project Description: Construction of a new 2 form of entry primary school within the emerging High Leigh Garden Village housing development. The project included relocating the existing Westfield Community School from their existing school that was well past its serviceable life. The school has been delivered within a live housing development site and required close coordination with the house-builders and master developer.
