Redevelopment and expansion of a former British Transport Police office building to create prime CAT-A office space and affordable workspace, alongside amenities such as cycle storage. The project includes the construction of an additional floor and roof, new terraces and loggias across all floors plus façade replacement to both Whitfield Street and Tottenham Court Road elevations. Works are being carried out whilst an existing tenant Marks & Spencer remain fully operational across 3 floors at Tottenham Court Road side of the building. The project is being delivered to achieve BREEAM Excellent, NABERS 5* and WiredScore certification.

The project included the demolition of the existing building back to slab and comprised new RC cores, structural frame, glulam structure to 4^th and roof levels and a highly intricate façade with terraces at every level. Project Description: Refurbishment of an existing office building within Birminhghams Central business District to create Grade A office accommodation across 10 floors. The project included the creation of a new amenity roof terrace, BCO compliant end of trip cycle facilities, replacement incoming utility supplies and a comprehensive refurbishment to both Cat-A and Cat-A+ across all landlord areas and vacant floors. The project achieved BREEAM Excellent, Wired Score Platinum and EPC A certification.

The project included relocating the existing Westfield Community School from their existing school that was well past its serviceable life. The school has been delivered within a live housing development site and required close coordination with the house-builders and master developer.

Odyssey Projects are providing strategic construction programme management advisory services to Hertfordshire County Council in relation to delivery of education infrastructure at the emerging Gilston Park Estate development. The role encompasses Section 106 advisory services, production of a suite of bespoke school infrastructure servicing specifications,  programme and phasing advice and cost modelling. The development provides for up to 20FE of education for both primary and secondary provision across 7 villages of the 10,000 unit housing development.
