Employers Agent/Contract Administration
Our team have extensive experience in the administration NEC and JCT contracts both in standard and amended forms and are able to provide commercially astute advice on the interpretation of contract clauses during pre-construction negotiations alongside the clients legal advisors. We have successfully negotiated positive outcomes on a variety of contracts to protect our clients commercial position whilst negotiating a fair outcome for all parties.
Multi-Disciplinary services
ODPL are able to offer a full range of multidiscipline services to clients, including Architecture, MEP Consultancy, Structural & Civil Engineering, Cost Consultancy and additional supporting disciplines/specialisms as required. Our supply chain has been formed through years of collaborative working and our multi-discipline services offering provides the client with a single point of accountability within ODPL for delivery of the various services.
